No, this is not off a package for a G.I. Joe doll, this is what the future in military was supposed to be like.I can hear the ad: "Let's imagine it's the year 2000! Soldiers are able to individually fly down in to enemy territory, completely undetected!"
Good thing it never panned out. These guys would've made easy targets. But at least they were thinking...
